This is excellent example of popular type loft conversion.
This Loft converted is in "L" shape which mean it converting the space over the main house and also extend over the rear bit of the house. It mean creating in the rear of the loft, full width dormer with flat roof extension (mansard) over the rear.
This kind of loft conversion add about 30m2 to standard terrace Victorian house.
In most of the cases you are able to achieve excellent size bedroom with built in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.
In this example we created ample storage space under the sloping roof with touch click doors- Ajax signature in all our loft conversions
En-suite with minimalistic finish, porcelain tiles and natural colours. We created also built in wardrobe with Ikea pax system inside and custom made sliding doors.
This loft conversion require 4 steel beams which are sited on the party walls. All external walls are made from timber ,walls and roofs are insulated with Kingspan insulation so heat loss in the winter time is very minor and in the summer time loft doesn't get high temperatures.
Outside finished with clay tiles or slates
